Thickness history for the life of the asset, across every survey and contractor
A register of thickness measurement locations on piping, vessels and tanks and every reading taken at them, with corrosion rates, remaining life and next inspection dates worked out in the open, so anyone can check the arithmetic.
What it is being built to do
Being built, as a private preview: invited testers sign in with their family account today. What it will do, in the order it is being built:
- A register of sites, assets and their measurement locations, set up in bulk or pasted from a spreadsheet
- Thickness history imported from Excel or CSV, with every row that did not fit and the reason
- Surveys entered beside each location's previous reading, confirmed by a person and fixed once confirmed
- Corrosion rates and remaining life, each figure opening to the readings and the arithmetic behind it
- Next inspection dates and due lists by the company's own policies
- Free read-only access for your clients and their reviewers
- Later, readings from the reports issued in NDT Intact, and due lists sent there as inspection requests
- For
- NDT and inspection companies that carry out thickness surveys, and plant owners and operators who keep their own register
- Languages
- English for now, with the 21 languages of the family to follow.

It works out rates, remaining life and due dates from the readings and the limits a person enters; it never says an asset is fit for service, and it ships no figures from standards.
