Choose a plan by the size of your company. The first app costs the plan's price and each further app half of it, and a person is paid for once, however many apps they use.
Plans are priced by the staff who write, review and manage reports. Client portal logins are free and unlimited on every plan.
During the private beta everything is free. The plans below apply from the public launch.

A plan for your size
Solo is for one person. Team includes 3 people and takes up to 10. Business includes 10 and takes up to 50. Beyond that, Enterprise is agreed with you.

Questions
- Who pays for client logins?
- Nobody. Logins for your clients are free and unlimited on every plan, and never count as seats.
- What counts as a seat?
- Every active member of your staff, and every invitation to join that has not been answered yet. A member who leaves is deactivated, which frees the seat at once.
- What if we take on more people than the plan includes?
- Add them one at a time in your billing settings, at $15 a month each, charged from the day you add them. When you pass the most a plan takes, move to the next plan.
- Which apps can we subscribe to today?
- NDT Intact. The other apps are in private preview with invited testers, and can be added to a subscription as each one opens.
- Can we change the plan, the apps or the number of people later?
- Yes, at any time, in your billing settings. What is left of the period you have paid for is charged, or credited against your next bill. An app can be taken out of a subscription once in thirty days; adding one is always possible.
- How does yearly billing work?
- A year costs ten months. Everything on your bill is yearly together: the plan, further people, storage and add-ons.
- What happens when our storage is full?
- Nothing is deleted. New uploads are refused until you add storage or make room.
- I work alone. What do I need?
- Start on the free plan: 10 reports a month, with our line at the foot of each PDF. For unlimited reports that carry your name alone, take Solo. When you take on staff, turn your organisation into a company in its settings and choose Team.
- Which currency do you charge in?
- US dollars, in every country. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount.
- Can we cancel?
- Yes, at any time, from your billing settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
